VFit is here to service young adults starting at 17 years of age and older.  Classes are offered for all fitness levels.  We offer fitness assessments, nutrition plans, online coaching , group training, one-on-one training, in-person and virtual cardio classes, 4-week and 6-week weight-loss challenges.

Studies have proven that the root-cause of a lot of chronic diseases start from poor eating habits and lack of exercise.  We are here to change what we can through a healthy diet and regular exercise.  That change will possibly result in the slowing down of bad physical health screening numbers, NOT cure disease and illness.

Q: Are your classes for people who already workout? A: No, our classes are tailored for all types of workout levels 
Q: What Discounts do you offer? A: We offer Military and Senior Citizen discounts of 5% off all services 
Q: Do I have to sign a workout waiver? A: All clients will be required to complete a waiver. It is also recommended that you speak to your doctor prior to working out if you are new to cardio and weight lifting. 
Q: What is the Survey for? A: You may be asked to complete a survey to help VFIT build their review and portfolio information. A survey and review is greatly appreciated.

Personal Training

One-on-one training is available, as well as two-person or three-people group training.

Carb Manipulation

Learning when to eat carbs, what kinds of carbs are more benefitial, as well as what time you should be eating them is vital to your weight-loss journey.

Strength & Conditioning

As a Certified Strength & Conditioning coach, I will guide you through a successful training program that will help you tone and tighten your muscles.

Cardio Training Sessions

Cardio sessions include High Intensity Internal Training (HIIT) to provide you the maximum calorie-burning workout in 45 mins, with a 15-min warmup/cooldown.

Nutrition/Meal Plans

A well-balanced nutrition plan goes hand and hand with a clear and regular exercise program that will give you a greater reward.

Whether toning, getting in shape or losing weight is an ultimate goal for you, our services can offer you want you need through your journey on the road to a healthier lifestyle.
