Q: Are your classes for people who already workout?  A: No, our classes are tailored for all types of workout levels

Q: What Discounts do you offer? A:  We offer Military and Senior Citizen discounts of 5% off all services

Q: Do I have to sign a workout waiver? A:  All clients will be required to complete a waiver.  It is also recommended that you speak to your doctor prior to working out if you are new to cardio and weight lifting.

Q:  What is the Survey for? A: You may be asked to complete a survey to help VFIT build their review and portfolio information.  A survey and review is greatly appreciated.
